As an Apple Home Advisor, you will help customers with Apple device and service questions. For help accessing your account, managing your subscription, setting up a device, updating software, or billing questions, customers may contact support.

The role requires patience, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. You will be working with Apple’s support systems and company guidelines to provide accurate solutions and a positive customer experience.

What are you going to do?

The daily work is mainly to help customers better understand and use Apple products. You can help users with:

  • Help with device setup and activation.
  • Problems with Apple ID login and account recovery.
  • Questions about subscriptions and billing.
  • Software updates and device synchronization
  • Basic troubleshooting for connectivity issues & apps.
  • Phone and chat support.

If the matter needs advanced technical support, then it will be escalated to the appropriate support team.
