Responsibilities
What you will be doing on a day to day basis:
- Create social media content and post.
- work with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Pinterest business pages.
- Respond to comments, messages and questions from customers.
- Schedule posts with social media management tools.
- Create monthly content calenders.
- Work with clients to learn about their objectives for the campaign.
- Basic reporting and tracking of page performance.
- Discover trending topics, hashtags and industry news.
- Promote promotional campaigns and activities to create brand awareness.
- Support with influencer partnerships as needed.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must possess:
Any field of graduation.
Good knowledge of social media platforms.
Interest in Digital Marketing and Online Branding
Required Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Content writing skills
- Experience with Canva or other similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.
- Social media analytics knowledge.
- Good organizational skills.
- Can handle multiple client accounts.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
Freelance experience is a plus.
Candidates with a portfolio of prior work will have a further advantage.
Experience with international clients will be an advantage but not a must.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours.
- Work from anywhere in the world
- 20 to 40 hours per week depending on client requirements.
- A quick response during business hours may be necessary.
