Job Description
Palo Alto Networks is one of the biggest cybersecurity companies in the US. They protect thousands of businesses from online threats every day. They are currently recruiting Cybersecurity Analysts to work remotely from anywhere in the US to help monitor, detect and respond to security threats.
This is a real full-time job with a fixed salary. You will be working from home but you are part of a proper team that takes security seriously. Every day you will be looking at what is happening across networks and systems and making sure nothing suspicious slips through.

Job Role:
- Check networks and systems on a daily basis for suspicious activity
- Check security alerts and determine if they are actual threats
- Log incidents clearly and escalate if something serious occurs
- Maintain security software and tools up to date and working properly
- Work with the IT team and patch vulnerabilities before they become problems.
- Document each occurrence and keep accurate records for future reference
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in cybersecurity or IT security
- Good knowledge of firewalls, VPNs and basic network security
- Experience with security platforms like SIEM, IDS or similar
- Can read and understand logs and security alerts.
- Good written English for reporting and documentation
- Can work independently and make quick decisions when needed
- A CompTIA Security+ or similar certification is preferred
Experience
2 years minimum hands on experience of cybersecurity or related IT field. CompTIA Security+ CEH CISSP certified candidates will be given preference. This role is not open to freshers / fresh graduates / people with no experience.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday with some on-call availability required
- Flexible start and end times within US business hours
- Must be based in the United States
