Job Description

PipelineIQ is a B2B sales intelligence platform designed to help sales teams across the United States to find better leads, prioritize outreach and close deals faster. We work with 10-person startups to mid-sized companies in industries such as real estate, logistics, healthcare and financial services.

Our platform integrates with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach which means our clients are serious about their sales operations and expect a high level of service from everyone they interact with at PipelineIQ including our sales team.
We have been fully remote since day one. We have sales people in many states, and we have built up great communication, processes and a team culture that allows us to work together effectively without everyone being in the same room. We are growing our Sales Development team and are looking for Remote SDRs to drive top of funnel pipeline generation.

Job Role:

As an SDR at PipelineIQ your primary job is to identify potential business clients, reach out to them through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn, start conversations, qualify them as genuine prospects, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives. You are not closing deals yourself but you are the person who starts the relationship and sets the tone for everything that follows.

You will work a defined territory or vertical depending on team needs. Every week you will have activity targets covering number of calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn touches and discovery calls booked. The role is heavily outbound so you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and calling someone who is not expecting to hear from you. That skill is learnable but you need to be genuinely open to developing it.

You will use tools like Salesforce for CRM, Apollo or ZoomInfo for prospecting, and Outreach or Salesloft for sequencing. Full training is provided on all tools so prior experience with these specific platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients within assigned verticals or territories
  • Execute outbound outreach through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging daily
  • Qualify prospects based on company size, budget, need and timeline
  • Book discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff with proper notes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce
  • Follow up persistently with prospects who have shown interest but not yet committed to a call
  • Attend daily team standup and weekly pipeline review meetings
  • Meet weekly and monthly activity and booking targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not strictly required if experience is strong
  • Prior SDR, inside sales or cold calling experience of at least 6 months is preferred
  • Freshers who are genuinely comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection will also be considered
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US
  • Self motivated and able to manage daily activity targets without constant supervision
  • Comfortable with a fully remote work environment and strong async communication
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace required

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $42,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience
  • On Target Earnings with commission: $65,000 to $80,000 per year for consistent performers
  • Top SDRs in our team have crossed $90,000 in strong quarters
