Job Description
Ebury is a London-based FinTech company that helps small and medium businesses trade internationally. They're hiring Business Developers for their Institutional Solutions team. The role is essentially FX Sales — you'll be working with institutional clients, building relationships, and selling Ebury's financial products. If you're a recent graduate who wants to get into FinTech sales with proper training behind you, this is a solid entry point.
Ebury runs their own Business Developer Academy — a structured training program that takes you from ground level to confident in both product knowledge and sales skills. You're not thrown in at the deep end.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential institutional clients
- Run sales conversations and present Ebury's financial solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients over the long term
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and solutions
- Stay updated on FX markets and global financial developments
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Interest in financial markets, FX, or FinTech
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and sales conversations
- Driven by targets and motivated by commission-based earnings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early career professional — freshers considered
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in or able to commute to London
- No prior finance experience required — Ebury trains from scratch
