Job Description
We're hiring a Payroll Specialist for our remote team. This is not a junior position – we need someone who has actually done payroll before and knows what to do when something goes wrong mid-cycle.
And, since you’ll be running payroll for multiple client accounts, you need to be organized. Some weeks are a breeze. Others, a client sends you wrong hours at the last minute or an employee hasn’t updated their tax info and payday is tomorrow. You have to be the kind of person who can handle that calmly and figure it out.
This is a completely remote role and has been since before it was cool. We’ve built our systems for remote work, so you won’t have to use clunky workarounds or feel out of the loop just because you’re not in an office.
