Job Description
Mitie is one of the biggest facilities management companies in the UK. Their Birmingham team needs full time cleaners right now for commercial properties in the city centre. No experience needed. Uniform provided. Start this week if your documents are ready.
The Work
- Clean offices, corridors, toilets, and common areas to a high standard
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep all floor areas at the start or end of each shift
- Wipe down surfaces, desks, door handles, and glass panels
- Restock toilet supplies and hand soap throughout your shift
- Empty and replace bin liners across the building
- Use cleaning chemicals safely — training provided
- Report any maintenance issues or damage you spot during your rounds
Pay and Hours
- £11.50 to £13.00 per hour
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Early morning shifts 6am to 2pm or evening shifts 6pm to 10pm
- Monday to Friday with some weekend work depending on the site
- Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements
What you need before applying:
- Right to work in the UK
- 18 years or older
- Photo ID and National Insurance number
- UK bank account
- Able to work early mornings from 6am or evenings from 6pm
- Physically fit — this job involves moving around constantly
- No experience needed — Mitie trains all new starters properly
