What You Will Handle
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries over live chat and email.
- Assisted customers with order status, payments, returns and product related questions.
- Log customer interactions in the company’s support system.
- Directing complex queries to the correct department.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests as needed.
- Keep customer information accurate and confidential
- Knowledge of company products, services and policies.
- Report common customer problems to the support team.
- Finishing assigned work within the expected response time.
- Keep communication professional and polite.
Qualifications
Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:
passed 12th
Graduation Any stream

Required Skills
Candidates must have:
- Good written English.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Easy to type on computer.
- Experience of email and online chat platforms.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented.

Working hours
full time.
Flexible timings for shifts.
