Main Responsibilities
The Customer Support team helps customers with questions about their orders and account services. Depending on your assigned process, your daily work could include:
- Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
- Assisting customers with account access and profile updates.
- Information about orders, deliveries and returns.
- Respond to basic questions on service with company procedures.
- Accurately record customer conversations in the system

Minimum Qualifications
