Job Description
Branton Group HR Generalist Jobs | Apply Online In this job you’re expected to be able to handle day to day without being hand held to everything. You’ll also have a wide range of responsibilities including employee relations, onboarding new hires, maintaining policies, and making sure we are compliant in all the states we operate in.
Some weeks are relaxing. The other one, you’re dealing with three employee issues, a termination and two open requisitions at the same time. You've got to be comfortable with changing gears without dropping anything. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers throughout various departments and locations.
Most of the communication is via email, Slack and video calls, so remote. You won't always be in the same room as the people you're working with, so clarity and directness in writing matters a great deal here. We use BambooHR to track employee records and ADP for payroll coordination. If you’ve used either, you’re ahead. If not, not a deal breaker, we'll get you trained in the first two weeks.
