Job Description
Starbucks is seeking Baristas across the United States. There are full time and part time shifts available and no previous barista experience is required as they will train you on everything from day one.
It’s fast paced and social work. You’ll be on your feet most of your shift taking orders, making drinks, and keeping the café running smoothly. The morning rush hour can be heavy, but most people who work here say that's what makes it interesting. You’re never just standing around.
There's a reason why Starbucks is one of the most searched for companies in the US for barista jobs. The pay is decent, the benefits are better than most cafe jobs, and there is room to move up if you want to. Many of our store managers and shift supervisors began as baristas here.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred — not always required
- No prior barista experience needed — full training provided
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler certification required — Starbucks helps you get it
