Job Description

They are seeking Administrative Assistants to work in their US offices supporting senior leaders, partners and their teams. This is a business services and support role – you're not doing the audit or tax work but you are keeping the people who do that work organised and able to focus.

It’s a full spectrum job. You could be managing a partner's diary one day, organising a client meeting, booking travel, putting together a presentation or dealing with their correspondence. The people you’ll be supporting are busy, and they rely on their assistants to be ahead of the game without having to be asked twice.

This is an office based role. For most U.S. locations, PwC operates on a hybrid model, meaning you’ll have a mix of in-office and remote days, based on your team’s setup and the needs of the partners you’ll support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex calendars for senior leaders and partners across multiple time zones
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls and client visits - book rooms, set up equipment and prepare materials
  • Co-ordinate all travel arrangements – flights, hotels, ground transport and visa documents when required
  • Use PwC’s internal systems to process expense reports accurately and on time
  • Prepare, proofread and format documents, presentations and reports
  • Manage incoming correspondence and respond or redirect as appropriate for the team
  • Keep tidy your filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Liaise with vendors, building management and external contacts on behalf of team
  • Support new staff onboarding with admin and facilities coordination
  • Planning and logistics support for internal events, team offsites and client functions

Skills Required

  • Strong calendar and schedule management — comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are used daily
  • Good written communication — you'll be sending emails and drafting documents on behalf of senior leaders
  • Detail-oriented — mistakes in a client-facing environment matter
  • Discreet and professional — you'll regularly handle confidential information
  • Works well under pressure and can reprioritise quickly when things change
  • Proactive — you notice what needs to be done before being asked

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required — Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with strong organisational skills are considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools as they're introduced
  • Professional demeanour when dealing with clients and senior leadership
