Work responsibilities

Your daily work might include:

• Assist clients with planning of domestic and foreign travel.
• Search flights, hotels and vacations
• Provide travel options based on the customer preferences and budget.
• Use approved booking platforms to book travel arrangements.
• Answer customer questions via email, chat or phone.
• Let clients know about booking updates or changes in schedule.
• Maintain proper travel records and booking information.
• Work with travel partners as appropriate.
• Solve basic travel problems in a professional manner.
• Fill in bookings according to the required timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should possess the following qualifications:

12th-pass diploma holders 
Graduate from any discipline

Required Skills

Successful applicants will have:

• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in travel and tourism. 
• Strong research skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Manage your time well.
• Can work independently from home.

Experience:

• No prior work experience required.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism or travel booking will be an added advantage.
• Candidates planning trips for personal or group travel are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours:
