Right at Home Phoenix is hiring full-time caregiver jobs throughout the valley, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and central Phoenix. This role involves working one-on-one with clients in their own homes; you will not be in a facility or moved around to numerous homes throughout the day. Right at Home matches you with one or two steady clients, so you have a routine schedule each week.

Right at Home is hiring a caregiver for their Phoenix location, and you don’t need to have any prior caregiving experience to apply for this position. However, they do offer a 3-day paid training program to prepare you before your first visit. You’ll also shadow an experienced caregiver on your first few assignments to get you comfortable in the role. Most new employees are comfortable within the first two weeks.

Job Responsibility
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and morning dressing routines
- Prepare daily meals and handle light kitchen cleanup after each meal
- Drive clients to medical appointments, pharmacy runs, and errands
- Provide companionship and engage clients in simple daily activities
- Complete daily care notes using the Right at Home mobile app
- Report any changes in client health or behavior to the care coordinator
- Assist with light housekeeping - laundry, vacuuming, tidying common areas
Pay & Benefits
- $30,160 – $33,280 per year with pay raises at 6 and 12 months

Requirements
- 18 years or older with a valid Arizona driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to assist with transfers - some bending, standing, and lifting required
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Smartphone for the care documentation app
- No caregiving experience required - paid training is provided
