Job Description
Guild is hiring for Online Form Filling & Typing positions. This is a Home Based Opportunity for people with basic computer knowledge. This is a work from home position where you will fill out online forms, check data for accuracy and complete tasks as assigned within deadlines.
No prior work experience required. We need people who are willing to learn and who can work carefully with digital information. Selected candidates will be trained before starting the job so that they know the company’s work process and quality standards.

Nature of Work
This is for everyday online tasks that require accuracy and consistency. You will be given instructions for every assignment and are expected to complete each task in accordance with company guidelines.
The position does not require field work or travel. All work will be done online using your own computer and internet connection.
Daily Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Complete the online forms with the information provided.
- No typographical errors when entering data into company systems.
- Check information prior to submitting completed forms.”
- Keep accurate records of completed assignments.
- Follow the project instructions well.
- Report any missing or incorrect information to the supervisor.
- Finish assigned work on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business information.
- File digital files for later use.
- Coordinate with support team when clarification is needed.
- Update the work status regularly.
- Handle online data as per company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from candidates fulfilling the following requirements:
High School Diploma Holder
Graduates of any stream
Applications will also be accepted from students, homemakers, job seekers and candidates returning to work.
Skills required
Applicants shall have:
- Basic computer knowlege.
- Good typing speed, reasonable accuracy.
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Google sheets or online forms.
- Good English writing.
- Ability to read and follow directions carefully.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work from home independently.
Experience
Not required to have any experience.
Freshers welcome to apply.
Those with experience of data entry, office administration, document handling or online work will be at a benefit.
Internship or freelance experience will also be considered.
Work Schedule
The company offers flexible working to suit different candidates.

- Must be available to attend online meetings, as needed.
Training and Development.
Basic training will be provided to the selected candidates before joining the live projects.” Training includes company processes, standards of typing, ways of data handling, quality control and online work rules.
Training is designed to help new employees learn the workflow and avoid common data entry errors. Additional guidance will be available as needed.
