Job Description
Maxim Healthcare Services in Seattle is actively hiring entry-level caregivers across King County — Ballard, Capitol Hill, South Seattle, Bellevue, and Renton. This is one of the few home care companies in Washington State that genuinely means it when they say no experience is required. About one in three Maxim hires in Seattle comes in with zero formal caregiving background.
What makes that possible is their onboarding system. New caregivers go through three days of paid orientation that covers personal care basics, senior safety, client dignity, emergency procedures, and how to use Maxim's mobile care documentation tool. After that, a dedicated care coordinator stays with you for your first 60 days. You have someone to call when a situation comes up that you have never handled before. You are not left to figure it out alone.
Seattle's cost of living is high, and Maxim knows it. Starting pay is $18 per hour — one of the stronger entry rates in the area for no-experience caregiver work. If you already have experience, you can come in at up to $22 per hour. Pay is deposited every Friday via direct deposit.
Shift options are wide open. Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight positions are all available. If you are a student who can only work mornings, that works. If you have kids and need to work after school drop-off, Maxim's scheduling team will do their best to find shifts that fit. Part-time and full-time are both on the table.
If you have been searching for caregiver jobs near you in Seattle with no experience, Maxim's King County spread gives you real choices about where you work and when.
