Miami has a large elderly population, and there is a high demand for good home caregivers.
Job Responsibility
- Assist elderly and disabled clients with personal care – bathing, hairdressing, and dressing
- Provide meals and ensure clients are eating and drinking adequately throughout the day
- Does light housekeeping to keep the client’s home clean and tidy
- Provide companionship and socialization for clients during visits
- Remind about medication at the right time of the day
- Take clients to doctor appointments, the pharmacy, or grocery shopping
- Keep visit notes accurate after each shift
- If you have concerns about a client’s health or safety, report them immediately to your Bayada coordinator
Pay and Hours
- $14.00 - $17.00 hourly (Based on certifications and experience)
- Full Time: 35-40 hours per week
- Flexible shifts - morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend options
- Weekly wage
- Mileage reimbursement between clients

Requirements
- Right to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transport and a valid Florida driver's license
- Warm and patient with elderly and disabled clients
- Honest and trustworthy — you will be in people's homes
- Clean background check required
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong advantage in Miami, but not required
- No previous caregiving experience needed, Bayada provides full paid training
