Position Overview
As an International Chat Process Associate you will be chatting with customers on live chat platforms. You will answer customer questions, provide information and help solve common problems.
You are able to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, using company tools to access customer accounts, order status and service information.
The company offers full training to help new employees understand chat processes, communication standards and support systems before they start handling live customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries using live chat.
- Help customers with billing issues and account access.
- Get information on your order status and service.
- Keep accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher tier support teams.
- Follow company communication and quality standards.

Eligibility Requirements
