The selected candidates will be responsible for attending customer queries via email and chat support. The main job is to give the right information, help customers with their issues and keep the experience of communicating professional. Candidates can also work with internal teams when additional support is needed.
Applicants should have good English writing skills, basic typing skills and knowledge of email and internet applications. Having prior experience in customer support or BPO is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
