My Gym is a children's fitness center with 700+ locations worldwide. Classes are structured, age-appropriate, and non-competitive — covering everything from parent-participation toddler classes to gymnastics, ninja courses, and birthday parties for older kids.

It's a hands-on, physical, and fast-paced environment. If you like working with kids and staying active, it's a genuinely enjoyable place to work.

What the Job Involves

You'll start as a Lead Teacher — running "Mommy and Me" classes for babies and toddlers (with their parents) and physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids.

As you get comfortable teaching, you'll gradually take on more — learning back-end systems, administration, sales, and staff training. It's more involved than a typical childcare job.

Who's a Good Fit

• Comfortable and confident with kids of all ages
• Background in sports, gymnastics, dance, fitness, or early childhood education is a plus — and can affect starting pay
• Energetic, reliable, and works well in a team
• Available for a consistent schedule (not just summers)

Pay & Schedule

• $15 – $18/hour depending on experience and background
• Part-time and full-time positions both available
• Summer-only applicants will not be considered
